LHH is teaming up with a food and beverage company in search of a Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant to join their team in Orangevale, CA. The administrative assistant will serve as a front-facing representative and primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in agriculture and logistics, with familiarity in the export business. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage export documentation, and maintain professionalism in all correspondence.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support.

  • Manage and organize export documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, especially via email, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to logistics and agricultural operations.

  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in all client and team interactions.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role

  • Experience in agriculture and logistics preferred

  • Software: Microsoft Office

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)
Hourly Rate: $20-$23/hour, depending on experience
Location: Fully on-site in Orangevale, CA
Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Full time, regular office hours
