Job Title: AP Coordinator
Location: Orlando, FL
Type of Employment:3-6 months contract
Pay:$26-$27/hour
Job Description: We are seeking an AP Coordinator for a 3-6 month contract in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in commercial real estate or property management preferred. This role involves processing accounts payable for a large property that includes 9 separate entities/cost centers (office buildings), conducting research to determine which entities should be included in each invoice, obtaining appropriate AP approvals, processing checks, performing light accounts receivable duties, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable for a large property with 9 separate entities/cost centers.
  • Conduct research to determine the appropriate entities for each invoice.
  • Obtain AP approvals.
  • Process checks.
  • Perform light accounts receivable duties.
  • Generate reports.
Education and Experience Requested:
  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or property management preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience with real estate accounting software (Yardi is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time to meet client deadlines.


Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
