LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and hard-working Accounting Administrative Assistant to support a company in Orlando, FL. If you are someone who has experience supporting an organization's financial administration, running accounts payables/receivables, enjoys maintaining an office, planning events, and leading with professionalism, you will be the perfect fit! Also, this position would be great for an experienced admin assistant who has supported C-Level Executives, has financial reporting experience, and high quality customer service
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of the Accounts Payable function by matching purchase orders to invoices and invoice processing
- Reconcile monthly statements and related transactions to vendor accounts
- Research and resolve any outstanding balances on vendor accounts
- Serve as first point of contact for all correspondence in the office
- Answer all lines promptly, professionally, and with exceptional customer service
- Assist with financial and expense reporting
- Provide general administrative support to corporate team
- Assist with event planning
Experience
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payables and invoicing
Skills:
- Experience with Oracle and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Values professionalism
Work Type:
- Onsite, Full Time
- Contract to Hire
- Compensation: $21-23/hr
