LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring for an Insurance Defense and Personal Injury Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal with experience in insurance defense and personal injury law to support a dynamic legal team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling insurance defense and personal injury cases.

• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.

• Conduct legal research and gather necessary information for case development.

• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

• Coordinate court dates, meetings, depositions, and other critical legal events.

• Prepare and electronically file legal documents in both federal and district courts.

• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, creating trial binders, and coordinating witness and expert depositions.

• Facilitate settlement processes, including drafting settlement releases, notices of settlement, and final dismissal orders.

• Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, site visits, and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal in insurance defense and personal injury law.

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and court filings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
