Job Title: Litigation Expert Writer – Mass Tort & Asbestos Litigation
Location: Orlando, FL - Central Business District
Schedule: Full-time Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday to Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday
Compensation: $90K-$200,000 annually DOE


Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a highly experienced legal professional, JD, Senior Paralegal, or Attorney with a strong background in Mass Tort and/or Asbestos Class Action litigation. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a dynamic, content-driven environment and is passionate about translating complex legal topics into accessible, authoritative content.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and write in-depth articles (1,000–3,000 words) on litigation topics including drug watch, consumer product notice, and environmental cases.
  • Review and edit legal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand tone and strategy.
  • Occasionally contribute as a subject-matter expert to third-party websites.
  • Submit assignments within 2–3 days of receipt.
  • Fact-check and proofread all content for legal accuracy and readability.
  • Follow detailed content briefs and established editorial guidelines.
  • Leverage your legal expertise to build trust and authority in published content.
  • Allow use of your name and likeness as a subject-matter expert across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with editors and provide regular updates on content progress.

Additional Responsibilities Might Include:
  • Serve as a Litigation Expert Reviewer.
  • Respond to Litigation HARO (Help a Reporter Out) requests.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Mass Tort and/or Asbestos litigation required.
  • Proven and demonstrable experience writing or reviewing legal, medical, or health-related content for the web.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices for legal content – must be tech savvy!
  • Skilled in researching reputable medical and scientific sources.
  • Excellent written communication and editorial skills.
  • Degree in law or a related field required.
