About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury and Construction Defense team. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex litigation matters. You’ll be a key contributor in trial preparation, document drafting, and case management from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions
Draft legal documents, including subpoenas and pleadings
Conduct case analysis and meet all deadlines
Summarize medical and billing records, and deposition transcripts
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Perform Federal and State e-filing
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation experience (Insurance Defense preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently under pressure
High attention to detail and motivation
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Adobe Acrobat
iManage
Aderant Billing Software (preferred but not required)
