About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury and Construction Defense team. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex litigation matters. You’ll be a key contributor in trial preparation, document drafting, and case management from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions

• Draft legal documents, including subpoenas and pleadings

• Conduct case analysis and meet all deadlines

• Summarize medical and billing records, and deposition transcripts

• Manage cases from inception through resolution

• Perform Federal and State e-filing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience (Insurance Defense preferred)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently under pressure

• High attention to detail and motivation

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Adobe Acrobat

• iManage

• Aderant Billing Software (preferred but not required)
