Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Generate and send out invoices to tenants.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile AR accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
General Accounting:
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Customer Service:
- Respond to vendor and tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support to the property management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, preferably in the property management industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
