A well-established national organization is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from concept to completion. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Orlando, FL, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.

  • Oversee vendor selection, bid coordination, and contract management, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, delivering regular updates to senior leadership and clients.

  • Champion continuous improvement by evaluating project management processes and mentoring team members on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

  • At least 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.

  • PMI certification is required; additional credentials such as LEED or state contracting licenses are a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.
