Benefits Analyst

Benefits Analyst– Kansas City Metro LHH is partnering with a client in the Kansas City metro who is seeking a benefits Analyst. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and administering our employee benefits programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
• Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
• Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends to senior management.
• Collaborate with vendors and brokers to manage benefits plans and services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of benefits programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Benefits Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
• Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Open Enrollment Specialist
• Location: Kansas City Metro
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
• Compensation: $25.00-34.00ph.
• Job Type: Contract to Hire
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD
