- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct benefits orientations and assist employees with enrollment and claims.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits-related matters.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits administration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits management.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Benefits Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
- Job Title: Open Enrollment Specialist
- Location: Kansas City Metro
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
- Compensation: $21-25.00ph.
- Job Type: Contract to Hire
