LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Benefits Coordinator for a client in Kansas City, MO. The Benefits Coordinator will play a key role in managing and administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance while providing excellent communication throughout the process.


Salary Range: This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $45,000 to $55,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.



Responsibilities:



  • Administer and manage benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, retirement and other employee benefits


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and provide timely and accurate feedback


  • Coordinate open enrollment processes and assist employees with any enrollment changes


  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources is preferred; minimum of 2 years working in benefits administration or similar role


  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
