$25.00 - $32.00 per Hour
- Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
- Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
- Analyze and evaluate benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with vendors and brokers to negotiate benefits plans and services.
- Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization and trends to senior management.
- Lead benefits-related projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.

- Location: Kansas City Metro
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
- Compensation: $25.00-32.00ph.
- Job Type: Contract to Hire
