Benefits Manager

Benefits Manager– Kansas City Metro LHH is partnering with a client in the Kansas City metro who is seeking a benefits Manager. The Benefits Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our comprehensive benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of benefits regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
• Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
• Analyze and evaluate benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with vendors and brokers to negotiate benefits plans and services.
• Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization and trends to senior management.
• Lead benefits-related projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.

• Job Title: Open Enrollment Specialist
• Location: Kansas City Metro
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
• Compensation: $25.00-32.00ph.
• Job Type: Contract to Hire
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD
