Bilingual Customer Service Representative- Overland Park, KS


LHH is partnering with a client in the Overland Park, KS area who is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and customers in multiple languages. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide information about products and services, translating and explaining details between English and the other language.

  • Document customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Facilitate communication between customers and company departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with the translation of marketing materials, website content, and other documents as needed.

  • Use various software and tools to provide effective customer service.

  • Respect and follow company confidentiality and privacy procedures.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish- preferred

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills- verbal & written

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Compensation: starting at $20ph. + growth & bonus opportunities


Job Type: Direct Hire


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm & every OTHER Saturday from 8am-12pm

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
