• Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions in the system.
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management on collection status.
• Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off as necessary.
• Support month-end closing activities and audits related to accounts receivable.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B collections or credit and collections.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
