Customer Service Representative- Lenexa, KS


LHH is partnering with a client in the Lenexa, KS area who is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and customers in multiple languages. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high-volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Provide product and service information to customers.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.


Job Details:

Compensation: starting at $20ph. + growth & bonus opportunities


Job Type: Direct Hire


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm & every OTHER Saturday from 8am-12pm
