Data Entry Analyst | Kansas City, MO

LHH is working with a client in the Kansas City, MO area, who is seeking to hire a Data Entry Analyst. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, with a strong emphasis on ownership validation and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and external contacts to gather, verify, and input data into Excel and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

· Review and validate ownership data for post-acute facilities, often requiring outreach via phone.

· Enter and update large datasets (5,000–10,000 rows) in Excel with precision.

· Communicate with clients and stakeholders to obtain missing or clarifying information.

· Maintain high standards of accuracy to prevent downstream regulatory issues.

· Collaborate with business operations and analytics teams to support reporting needs.

· Assist in preparing dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Requirements:

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

· Comfortable making phone calls to clients for data verification.

· Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).

· Experience with data entry, customer service, or administrative support.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
