LHH is working with a client in the Lenexa, KS area who is seeking to hire a Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with speed and accuracy.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
- Perform regular data audits and clean-up tasks.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Job Type: Contract
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (fully onsite)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
