HR Coordinator | Kansas City, MO

LHH is working with a client in the Kansas City, MO area, who is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team on a contract basis. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, records management, and HR systems administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Schedule interviews and support recruitment logistics
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Compensation: $20-24ph.
  • Job Type: Contract
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, fully onsite!
