HR Generalist

HR Generalist – Overland Park, KS LHH is partnering with a client in the Overland Park, KS area who is seeking an HR Generalist. As an HRG, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department with payroll, compensation analytics, recruiting, and additional employee relation activities. Our ideal candidate would obtain at least 2-3+ years of previous experience including the knowledge of Dayforce software. Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll for 110+ employees
• Assisting with recruiting and conducting new employee orientations, including onboarding
• Serving as the main POC of any employee relations
• Conducting research and providing insight on compensation analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or an associate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Dayforce and Microsoft Office Suite

• Compensation: $60,000-65,000 annually
