Job Title: Human Resource Director
Location: Hyrbid to Overland Park, KS
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Director to lead our HR department and drive initiatives that support our company’s mission, values, and growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Manage compensation and benefits programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
Oversee HR systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
