Job Title: Human Resources Director

Term: Direct Hire

Job Overview

The Human Resources Director is a tactical and strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s HR initiatives. This role oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes such as onboarding, recruiting strategies, staffing levels, and labor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan

  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives

  • Culture & Engagement: Improving the company's culture is essential, particularly in creating a supportive environment for new hires.

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Fostering employee engagement and building a strong company culture are key responsibilities of the HR director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus



Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
