Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH is working with a client in the Overland Park, KS area who is seeking to hire an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (fully onsite)
