Do you have experience obtaining prior authorizations and are passionate about helping patients? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Intake Specialist for a contract-to-hire position in Overland Park, KS. Must train/work onsite for 120 days and will qualify for a hybrid or remote position after. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, thriving pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with access to medications and therapies.

• Work with insurance companies to obtain prior authorizations.

• Create accounts and cases, gather insurance information and coverage.

• Address questions regarding billing and obtain prior authorizations when needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with a CRM or tracking software, Salesforce experience is preferred

• Have 3+ years of experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare providers.

• Have 2+ years of problem solving and data entry experience.

• Must have phone etiquette, customer service, and computer skills.

Compensation: $20/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM -4:30 PM
