LHH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Compensation: $50,000 base + commission
- Job Type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, hybrid
