Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join a dynamic legal team supporting litigation practices. This is an immediate opening with flexibility for either a temporary or permanent placement, depending on candidate fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and proofread legal documents

• Manage discovery processes and filings

• Support litigation preparation and attorney workflow

• Provide direct support to 2–3 attorneys, with a primary focus on one attorney handling complex environmental and land use litigation

Practice Areas:

• Environmental and Land Use Litigation

• Land Rezoning

• Public Works Projects

• Regulatory and Administrative Proceedings

• Commercial Litigation experience is a strong plus

Ideal Candidate:

• Resides south of Boca Raton and is open to commuting to Fort Lauderdale

• Has strong grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills

• Brings proven litigation support experience, especially in discovery and filings

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to niche legal areas
