LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a well-established company located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting attorneys in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, from contract to closing.

• Conduct title and survey reviews; identify and resolve title issues.

• Draft and review real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing documents.

• Coordinate due diligence, including zoning reports, environmental reports, and corporate documentation.

• Manage and organize closing checklists and timelines.

• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth closing processes.

• Prepare closing binders and post-closing documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department.

• Strong understanding of real estate law, title and survey analysis, and closing procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
