LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Loan Processor for a great client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience processing loans in large volumes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a loan pipeline of 50 files and close 20 or more per month
• Order and review appraisals, title, and homeowners insurance
• Work directly with closing department
• Able to process conventional, VA, FHA, and Reverse Mortgages
• Work with Encompass
• Collect underwriting conditions to ensure everything meets guidelines

• At least 5 years of experience processing a high volume loan pipeline
• Associates Degree, preferred
• Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Encompass software

• Full Time, Onsite, Direct Hire
• Salary: $65-70k
