Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join their team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple properties, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions for a portfolio of properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned properties.
• Reconcile bank statements, tenant ledgers, and other financial records.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and organized financial records for all properties.
• Assist in the annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Provide support for any ad hoc financial projects or analysis as needed.
