Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

  • Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.

  • General Ledger Maintenance: Manage and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.

  • Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.

  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.

  • Certifications: CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required.



Pay Details: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
