Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and manage the fixed assets register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on fixed assets and bank reconciliations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
