LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal located in the Palm Coast, FL area. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized multi-tasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a high volume desk in a relaxed atmosphere. If you are a skilled and efficient litigation paralegal who exhibits high attention to detail and who remains calm under pressure, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Research & Writing: Conduct legal research and draft memos, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence under the supervision of attorneys.

  • Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update case files and legal documents, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

  • Case Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings, including scheduling, document compilation, and logistics coordination.

  • Client Interaction: Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and external parties, providing updates and gathering necessary documentation.

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and perform other administrative tasks to support the legal team with the assistance of a Legal Assistant.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department. Experience in litigation and family law is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.

  • Proficient in legal research databases and case management software.

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
