LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a full-time admin assistant for a client in Palmdale, CA on a contract basis. The client requires the representative to provide support to case specialists.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficiently handle incoming mail and promptly document it into the system while adhering to program regulations and guidelines.
Review submitted documentation to ensure completeness and proactively address missing items.
Provide valuable assistance with Subsidy-related tasks, encompassing activities such as filing, typing, receiving, sending, and logging subsidized mailings.
Prepare enrollment and provider packets, dispatch copies, and offer clerical support, including photocopying, filing, faxing, typing, and mail processing.
Attend to telephone calls, assisting, or routing callers requiring special attention.
Offer follow-up phone support when necessary.
Input data
Deliver daily communication and necessary support.
Contribute to the assembly and upkeep of accurate and comprehensive program modules to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Provide technical support and assistance as required to facilitate the smooth operation of the department.
Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of program regulations, guidelines, and funding terms and conditions essential for the successful performance of responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
An Associate's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, or a related field (subject to approval) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
Demonstrated discretion in managing confidential information.
The capacity to maintain strict confidentiality and interact with the public in a sensitive and supportive manner.
Strong organizational skills, enabling the completion of projects within challenging timeframes, even when faced with competing demands and shifting tasks.
Proficiency in conversational, written, and/or translation skills in Spanish or Armenian, in addition to English, is highly preferred.
Job Type: Contract (possibility to convert but not guarantee)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour
