Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Manage emails and invites
  • Travel logistics
  • Provide general administrative support, including personal errands
  • Sort mail
  • Assist with invoices
  • Serve as first point of front desk contact
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting executives and office operations
  • Excellent calendar management skills
  • Attention to detail
Work Type
  • Full Time, Onsite
  • Contract through June
  • Pay: $26-29/hr



Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
