Customer Service & Support
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the customer service department. This includes ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, training and developing customer service representatives, and optimizing department processes for efficiency and effectiveness. This is a Contract to Hire position located near Park Ridge, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure that customer service representatives are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent service.
- Analyze and optimize customer service processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance customer service.
- Develop and maintain customer service metrics and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards.
- Bilingualism or multilingualism.
- Experience with quality assurance and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Contract to Hire
- Monday-Friday, onsite
- Pay is $25-$35 an hour, depending on experience
