Responsibilities
Handle incoming payments and record them accurately.
Match payments with invoices.
Resolve any discrepancies in payments and invoices.
Maintain records of transactions.
Assist with month-end closing.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills.
