This is a direct hire position, applicants can expect to work with and manage multiple accounts, answer a high volume of phone calls, ensure that orders are properly stocked before delivery, and maintain constant communication with clients. Responsibilities:
- Account Management
- Answering a high volume of phone calls
- Checking stock levels of inventory and following up on back orders
- Sending communications to customers and colleagues
- Past Inside Sales experience is required
- Account management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office products and ERP skills preferred
- Must be self motivated
- Two years of experience preferred
- Direct hire
- $47,000 to $50,000 per year
- Full time 40 hours per week
- 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Fully on-site
