HR Coordinator

Contract Pay- $23-$27 depending on experience

Perm Salary- up to 60K

Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated HR Coordinator to join their team. This role involves a variety of HR tasks and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work onsite for 3 days a week, with one of those days being either a Monday or a Friday. The other two days are flexible.

  • Handle Compliance Projects as needed.

  • Perform I9 verification.

  • Manage various programs including educational reimbursement, graduate degree, professional licenses, employee relocation, and expenses.

  • Handle HR mail and invoices using Concur.

  • Upload headshots and administer onboarding and first-year surveys.

  • Perform data entry within the HR system.

  • Manage the background check process for pre-employees and projects.

Working Hours:

  • 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM.

Qualifications:

  • HR degree or internship experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
