We’re seeking a dedicated Claims Administrator to oversee the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate settlements while providing outstanding service to our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and approve claims from claimants and distributors, exercising sound judgment up to your authorized settlement authority.

  • Communicate directly with claimants and distributors by phone, ensuring clear and effective coordination throughout the claims process.

  • Arrange for third-party inspections as necessary and collaborate with surveyors and carriers.

  • Submit claims to carriers and third parties for recovery, including negotiation and collection of funds.

  • Settle claims within your authorized recovery authority and ensure each claim is concluded efficiently.

  • Maintain organized and accurate claim files and records.

  • Comply with internal controls and company policies in all aspects of your work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative and customer service experience.

  • Bachelors degree required, auto industry experience a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to reliable, regular attendance.

  • This is a hybrid role and required to attend onsite meetings in Pasadena, CA.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
