Customer Service Representative: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative for providing real-time updates to customers. You will collaborate with team to resolve inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or lost shipments.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, timely, and professional communication.

  • Record detailed customer interactions and shipment statuses for future reference.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary for further resolution.

  • Follow up with customers and resolve any outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.

  • Prior experience in customer service a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining organization.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Capable of remaining calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
