Our client is seeking a skilled and analytical Customer Service Representative. This role requires an individual with a strong background in customer service within a call center environment and proven analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for solving customer problems in a professional, fast-paced setting.
Location: Near Pasadena (hybrid role with both remote and onsite responsibilities)
Pay: $30 per hour

Responsibilities/skills:
Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Analyze customer inquiries and issues to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
Utilize call center systems and CRM software to manage, document, and track customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Interpret data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center customer service role.
Strong analytical skills with ability to assess and interpret data and trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfortable with hybrid work model (combination of remote and onsite work near Pasadena).
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
