Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Pasadena, CA – Hybrid schedule three days remote and two days onsite.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $27.00-$30.28 hourly
Our client, a professional services firm located in Pasadena, is seeking a Payroll Administrator on a temporary hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience processing payroll using ADP.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Manage and process multi-state payroll for over 5,000 employees using ADP.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with ADP payroll systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Analytical problem solver with attention to detail.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.28 per hour
