Responsibilities:
Facilitate client onboarding for performance platforms.
Review and validate performance data and returns.
Address inquiries clients.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience in operational roles at financial institutions.
Coursework in finance is a plus.
Experience with broker-dealers or financial advisory teams.
Knowledge of investment products and vehicles.
Customer service experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Worksite: hybrid
Pay: $21.00-22.25/hr
