Responsibilities:
Manage trade corrections, manual trade exceptions, and other financial transactions related to mutual fund trading, including offshore funds.
Collaborate with internal and external partners such as fund families, portfolio managers, trading desks, and transfer agents.
Execute manual trade instructions.
Validate key control reports.
Conduct quality assurance.
Required Skills/Experience:
Proficient in communicating trade information to external parties.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of investment products.

Pay: $21.00-22.25/hr
