LHH is looking for a Hybrid Systems & Operations Analyst – Retirement Solutions to play a key role in supporting critical business applications in the retirement services space. Whether you're fresh out of college or looking to pivot into financial operations, this is a fantastic entry point into the financial services industry.
📍 Location: Pennington, NJ
🗓️ Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (training is onsite for the first 5 days)
✨ What You’ll Do:
Support retirement operations by identifying, analyzing, and resolving application-related issues
Dive into mainframe transactions and collaborate across departments to support client services, compliance, and reporting functions
Create technical specifications for cross-plan data requests and reporting initiatives
Help lead global issue resolution efforts that impact retirement operations systems
🔧 You Bring:
Strong skills in Excel, Access, macro-writing, and the MS Office Suite
Familiarity with operational technologies like TSO, general ledger systems, and trust reporting
Detail-oriented mindset with great organizational and time management abilities
Solid foundation in accounting and data analysis
Professional communication and business writing skills
A general understanding of retirement products
💡 Bonus Points For:
Experience in check or ACH processing
Familiarity with tax filing/reporting processes
Background in client-facing or service roles
