ERP Support Administrator – Manufacturing Systems – Phoenix, AZ

Position Overview

LHH is currently conducting a Direct Hire search for a ERP Support Administrator in Phoenix, AZ. This role provides essential support for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems across manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and administrative departments. Reporting to the IT Director, the position ensures smooth daily operations, supports system implementations, and assists with training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT to maintain and troubleshoot ERP systems and related design tools.

  • Serve as the primary contact for help desk issues related to ERP and design software.

  • Support hardware interfaces including printers, barcode scanners, RFID devices, and tablets.

  • Assist with project management tasks for system rollouts and upgrades.

  • Validate data accuracy across reporting and entry processes.

  • Create and maintain documentation for new product setups, formulas, and system rules.

  • Test new software releases and document findings.

  • Manage product and catalog data within ERP and design platforms.

  • Develop and maintain reports using tools like Crystal Reports.

  • Provide internal customer support and training for ERP-related issues.

  • Ensure system documentation and specifications are current and accurate.

  • Offer after-hours support as needed to minimize disruptions to operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact production workflows.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal teams, especially on the manufacturing floor.

  • Support IT initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Additional Duties

  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as documentation and communication support.

  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to organizational policies and safety standards.

  • Assist other departments and team members as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and data structures.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and ETL processes.

  • Experience with formal programming and scripting.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP platforms (experience with InSight or 20/20 Design is a plus).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.

  • High attention to detail and initiative in identifying and solving problems.



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
