LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced Tax Manager for our client in San Francisco, CA. This is full-time direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid work environment.

The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, preparing annual tax accounts, handling a high volume of tax preparation, working with alternative investments, and preparing financial reports. This role requires at least 4 years of experience with a public accounting firm and would be a good opportunity for an applicant looking to take on more responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee accounting functions

· Prepare annual tax accounts and high volume of tax preparation, including review, calculations, and working with outside accountants

· Assist with alternative investments, including private equity and handling high volume K1s

· Identify and implement process improvements

· Prepare financial reporting and statements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

· Licensed CPA

· 4+ years of experience at public accounting firm required

· Family office or alternative investment experience preferred

· Experience handling high volume K1s

· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

· Proficient with Microsoft software and financial accounting software
