Internal Communications Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a internal communications specialist with 3 or more years of experience for a contract to hire role for our financial services client. This is hybrid in Philadelphia, PA; 4 days onsite 1 days work from home. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation and dissemination of employee communications related to company's initiatives, product launches, policy updates, internal programs, key milestones, and major events.
Develop key communication materials, including press releases, internal emails, talking points, Q&A documents, and interview briefings.
Manage company intranet site and digital signage platforms.
Assist with the creation and distribution of internal and external messaging to key audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Health and Science, or related fields
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X) and email marketing software (e.g., MailChimp) preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and proofreading content across a wide range of complex subjects.
Possess strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, demonstrating maturity and the capacity to collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and executives, while also excelling in independent work.
Extremely high attention to detail.
Experience:
3-5 years experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
Employment Type: Contract to hire
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
