Bilingual Property Manager – North Philadelphia
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a client in North Philadelphia to hire a Bilingual Property Manager.
Overview:
The Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with HUD, PHA, and PHFA regulations. This role includes managing budgets, maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. Full-time, 40 hours/week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee budgeting, purchasing, rent collection, and financial reporting
Manage tenant leasing, renewals, compliance, and occupancy goals
Supervise property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services
Handle resident issues, enforce property rules, and support community engagement
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and office operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; bilingual (English/Spanish)
2+ years of property management experience preferred
Knowledge of HUD, PHFA, and PHA regulations is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
