Bilingual Property Manager – North Philadelphia

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a client in North Philadelphia to hire a Bilingual Property Manager.

Overview:


The Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with HUD, PHA, and PHFA regulations. This role includes managing budgets, maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. Full-time, 40 hours/week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee budgeting, purchasing, rent collection, and financial reporting

  • Manage tenant leasing, renewals, compliance, and occupancy goals

  • Supervise property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services

  • Handle resident issues, enforce property rules, and support community engagement

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and office operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • 2+ years of property management experience preferred

  • Knowledge of HUD, PHFA, and PHA regulations is a plus

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
