Case Manager in Philadelphia

LHH has partnered with a nonprofit organization, seeking dedicated Case Managers. These positions start off contract for 3 weeks, then convert to permanent, full-time hire.

Dedicated case managers and individuals passionate about helping children and families are encouraged to apply!

Summary:

• Employment type: Contract to hire (converted permanent after 3 weeks of paid training)

• Location: 100% onsite in north Philadelphia

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM-5pm

Responsibilities include:

• Performing case management to a dedicated caseload of clients, including intake, assessments, and goal planning

• Referring and linking clients to additional services, including food, housing, healthcare, vocational or employment training, educational grants, etc.

• Conduct group and individual sessions, offering support and informational counseling

• Providing educational training on issues including parenting, child welfare, domestic violence, and financial literacy

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Bachelor degree in a social services field

• 6 months or more of experience in case management

• Skills and prior experience in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, counseling

• Experience working with victims of domestic violence, preferred

• Bilingual language skills, preferred
